Chief Investment Officer
Xavier Jordan is a Chief Investment Officer and Head of Capital Markets in IFC’s Global Financial Markets Department. Prior to rejoining IFC in 1999, he was: Head of JP Morgan’s Investment Banking business in Russia in the mid- to late 1990s; a Principal at the Barents Group in the mid-1990s; an Investment Officer in IFC’s Corporate Finance Advisory Department in the early 1990s; and an Associate in JP Morgan’s Latin America Corporate Finance Department in the late 1980s. He has an MA in Economics from University of California at Berkeley, and a BA from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton.
